We offer a free callback service for those that have questions about a purchase that they are thinking about making or have made in the past. This service will also apply to all warranty related questions. In order to use the callback service an email must be sent to us here with your phone number, state/province, country and best time to call.
In the event that newtonsales needs to file a suit in any branch of the court system in order to reclaim costs associated with your purchase we will add additional fees including but not limited to: court costs, flight costs for staff to attend trials/court dates as well as time spent in the courtroom for our staff billed per hour at a rate of $250/hr (minimum $1500).
All expenses incurred for us to attend a trial for a delinquent account will be added to any amounts owing to newtonsales. This applies if the product is kept after a chargeback, product shipped incorrectly and not returned and any other reason why the transaction has not proceeded as intended as communicated between the customer and newtonsales. when a purchase is made and not returned to newtonsales at our expense.

Newtonsales also performs repairs and upgrades to the Newton 2000 / 2100 and eMate 300. If your newton requires service you can contact us and we can provide you an estimate for the repair.Â
